When USDA APHIS endorsement is required, I understand that USDA APHIS independently reviews the health certificate and determines whether and when it will be endorsed. Processing times, requests for corrections or additional documentation, and final endorsement are under USDA APHIS authority and discretion and are not controlled or guaranteed by Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic.

8. Travel Delays & Liability

I acknowledge that Mission Valley Veterinary Clinic, its veterinarians, employees, and staff cannot guarantee that required documents or approvals will be completed by my planned travel date. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and agree not to hold the clinic, its veterinarians, employees, or staff responsible for delays, missed or changed flights, denied boarding or entry, quarantine, rebooking fees, lost deposits, lodging or transportation expenses, or other losses resulting from government processing or decisions, USDA APHIS endorsement, changes in requirements, airline policies, incomplete information or documentation, shipping/courier delays, or other circumstances outside the clinic's reasonable control.
