Barinder Virk, DVM
Dr. Virk received her Doctorate in Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology, and has been a valuable member of our team since 2015. Her expertise in internal medicine, diagnostics, and preventative medicine makes her a valuable asset to our practice. Dr. Virk’s love for animals is evident in everything she does. She takes great joy in seeing pets go from sad-faced to wagging tails and is dedicated to helping all of her patients lead happy and healthy lives. Dr. Virk enjoys reading and taking nature walks when she’s not at the clinic, or spending time with her family.
She has been happily married for 20 years and has two young boys, aged 9 and 12. Interestingly, Dr. Virk had aspirations of becoming a teacher when she was a child, but her love for animals led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
We are lucky to have Dr. Virk as a wonderful leader to our team. Her passion, expertise, and commitment to helping animals make her a true asset to our practice.
